The Law Committee met at the Town Hall at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Dave Lindsay and Randy Dinjian, Advisory Committee
Mr. Lowe provided the Law Committee with information regarding Boylston’s legal expenses. In FY08 they exceeded their legal budget and will probably do so again for FY10. Also, they came within $600 of exceeding their legal budget for FY09.
Mr. Lowe stated that the Town of Bolton is running significantly under budget.
Mr. Lowe recommended that we retain Brackett and Lucas for the day to day legal issues and retain Mirick O’Connell for labor issues.
On a motion made by Wysocki and seconded by Plante, the Law Committee voted to appoint Brackett and Lucas as our town counsel for the day to day legal issues and Mirick O’Connell for the labor issues. (Troup – yes, Wysocki – yes, Plante – yes, Rogers – yes)
LAW COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Ms. Rogers would like to continue to serve on the Law Committee.
